Ms. Schock serves as the Vice President, Contracts & Legal Services for CUBRC and its wholly owned subsidiary Avarint, LLC. She is responsible for providing companywide policy, direction, training and oversight of Contracts and Export related matters. She has over 25 years of experience in government contracting, primarily in research and development programs with the Department of Defense and the associated defense industry, the intelligence community and the Department of Health and Human Services.
Ms. Schock received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Delaware and a Masters of Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She is also a Certified Professional Contracts Manager through the National Contracts Management Association.
Mr. Moskal serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Avarint, a wholly owned subsidiary of CUBRC, Inc. In this position, Mr. Moskal is responsible for the strategic direction of Avarint’s information systems research and development business unit. This business unit is focused on providing basic through advanced research of emerging information system technologies and the development and maintenance of modeling and simulation systems for highly specialized command and control applications. He has nearly 30 years of technical and management experience in the areas of chemical and biological defense, data science and information systems development, He has been awarded one U.S. patent, and has authored or co-authored over 30 technical reports or papers in the areas of Chemical and Biological Defense, Intelligence Analysis and Data Science.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from SUNY College at Buffalo and an MBA from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY.
Mr. Mangino serves as Vice President of Avarint’s Chemical, Biological & Medical Sciences Sector. He is
responsible for developing and leading Avarint’s portfolio of chemical and biological RDT&E programs for government and commercial clients. Mr. Mangino has more than 24 years of experience providing scientific and management expertise in the service of the Defense, Intelligence, Homeland Security and Medical communities. He has authored or co-authored over 45 technical reports and papers in the chemical and biological defense field.
Mr. Mangino performs dual roles by serving as Vice President of CUBRC’s Chemical, Biological & Medical
Sciences sector. He has been with the company since 2001.
David received an undergraduate degree in Chemistry and a Master’s degree in Physical Chemistry from the SUNY College at Buffalo.
Ms. Gertz serves as the Chief Financial Officer and the Senior Vice President of Finance, Human Resources and Administration for Avarint, a wholly owned subsidiary of CUBRC, Inc. In this role, Tracy is responsible for leading and coordinating all financial planning activities, personnel and benefit management and oversees the provision of administrative services for both companies. As CFO of both Avarint and CUBRC, Tracy is the focal point for all internal and external financial issues and audits. Tracy’s area of specialty is government contract accounting and finance.
Ms. Gertz holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Niagara University in Niagara Falls, NY and she earned a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license while previously employed by KPMG Peat Marwick.
Tom McMahon serves as the President & CEO of Avarint, which was founded in 2013 as a wholly owned subsidiary of CUBRC, Inc. He has 30 years of experience in cultivating, securing, performing and managing highly diverse research, development, testing and integration programs and businesses focused on developing and advancing leading-edge technologies and systems primarily in the areas of chemical, biological and biomedical defense.
Mr. McMahon has a B.S. degree in Chemistry from St. Bonaventure University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Canisius College.
